KMS offers membrane products in a variety of configuration, materials and pore sizes: each designed to meet specific application needs. There are four main membrane separation processes: micrifiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO).
Tubular membranes are avaliable for MF and UF processing. Because they are well suited to fluids with very high concentration of particulate matter and can be mechanically cleaned, they are ideal for industrial applications such as recovering waste or clarifying fruit juices.
Spiral elements have the advantage of very high membrane packing area at a low cost per square foot. Spiral wound membranes are available across the full spectrum of membrane separation processes in a wide variety of diameters, lengths and materials many of which are capable of operating under severe conditions, They treat water, dairy products, wastewater, seawater, paint and a variety of industrial and pharmaceutical chemicals.
Puron MP
PURON MP pressurized hollow-fiber ultrafiltration provide a cost-effective solution for a variety of water and wastewater treatment applications. The system’s high flux and solids tolerance properties eliminate the need for costly pretreatment and chemical cleans while producing high-quality effluent and meeting stringent regulatory targets, including drinking water LT2 specifications. Polyester reinforced PVDF membranes and a unique single-potting design help to avoid downtime. Performance, simplified operation, reduced maintenance and compact footprint add up to one cost-effective filtration solution.
